The variegated pink lemon, also known as the variegated Eureka lemon or the pink-fleshed Eureka lemon, is a type of lemon that has variegated foliage, distinctive pink flesh, and a maturing rind that is striped green. On a common Eureka lemon tree in Burbank, California, it was discovered as a pastime in 1931.
