The hybrid Chinese evergreen variety known as "Cutlass" has long, thin, lanceolate, grey-green foliage with streaks and borders of a darker green color. When fully grown, plants can grow up to 4 feet tall and similarly wide. Depending on cultural circumstances, typical arum-type inflorescences are produced seasonally to infrequently.

Type of soils
Well –draining potting soil mix are needed.
Type of Fertilizer
NPK fertilizer
Pruning: Not necessary at all. It's common to find baby branches close to the mother plant. Without harming the roots, you can transplant them into an other pot.
Repotting: If the plant outgrows its current pot after a period of 10 to 12 months, repot it into one that is 2-3 inches larger.

Process
Fertilizer should be used once a month in the spring and summer to houseplants that use a compost mix that drains effectively.
Water: To prevent root rot, let the top two inches of soil dry out between waterings. Constantly wet soil can cause this.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a compost mix that drains well for houseplants and fertilize it once a month during the spring and summer.

Since it has been demonstrated to eliminate dangerous pollutants from the air, including formaldehyde and benzene, aglaonema is also well-known for its air-purifying abilities. For this reason, it's a fantastic option for raising indoor air quality and making a house a healthier place to live.
